Audi honored 149 top-performing dealerships in the U.S. with the Magna Society Awards, a distinction for dealers who achieved excellent performance in 2022.
To earn Magna Society recognition, dealers must demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service as well as strong business performance.Â
The Magna Society was created by Audi of America to identify and recognize dealerships that go above and beyond standard business objectives and sales targets. To qualify for Magna Society status, a dealership must show that it is engaged in sales and service programs and adhere to specific business processes. The facility and staff should also properly represent the Audi brand.
"The 2022 Magna Society Award winners are dealers that continuously went above and beyond throughout the year to move the Audi brand forward," said Thiemo Rusch, SVP, Sales Operations, Audi of America. "Not only are they committed to exceeding customer expectations every day, they also place a strong emphasis on the operational processes needed to achieve business excellence. We are proud of their success in 2022 and look forward to seeing them build on it in 2023."
The Magna Society awards support the goals established by Audi and its dealer partners to provide customers with an exclusive brand experience. Audi West Springfield was recognized by Audi of America as one of these exceptional dealerships and is the only one in the area to receive this award. There are currently 316 Audi dealers in the U.S., and Audi West Springfield ranked in the top 50.
